The staffing structure of PaCE ensures not only clear, formalised authority, but also ensures that senior management is directly involved in all projects. This structure allows for the maximum sharing of knowledge and expertise throughout all projects.

This means each client receives the company’s full attention. Smaller projects may require a lesser staff allocation, but the support of all directyors and head office is not reduced.
